Apparently they are true to the name!! My husband came home insisting we buy some because he had come in contact with someone at work that used them. They had stopped him in his tracks. Needless to say we smelled every different fragrance on the isle. We ended up with Sunset + Citrus.

So far I have used them with each wash. I use the top cap to measure the beads and then add them in before I add the clothes. I run water first so they dissolve and then add our clothes. One of our elementary school kids came home from school and said he had some tell him he smelled good. So I would say the smell last for at least a day and probably longer.
