I know I would not be able to protect them for ever. But the longer I could show them how a workplace should look the better off they would be.

It has also been a blessing to work with my children. Not as a boss but side by side. They get to see Mom and Dad working and sweating at events. It is a first hand education of what it takes to be successful.
