The shop is not much to look at. Just like the name sounds there is nothing fancy about Clyde's Automotive Repair. The building is old and small. If you are not paying attention and driving the speed limit you just may pass it up.

Clyde's has been around for years. And is always full of cars. Parking is never easy. The location is very tight. However, you should never visit a repair shop on anything other than the quality of work.

Clyde's Automotive is one of those shops that are slowly fading away. A shop where the guys turning the wrenches have more years of experience than most staffs at a franchise dealer.

You may be asking why the title is Clyde's Automotive Sulphur, Do Not Go! Actually you should go to Clyde's Automotive Repair if you need a repair. Their reviews are all 5 stars. It is not because of the repair why you should not visit Clyde's. Matter of fact I highly recommend you visit Clyde's Automotive for your next repair.

Car In The Shop Need A Rental

However, I do not recommend you visit between the hours of 7am to 8 am or 2pm to 330pm. You see Cylde's only has one fault. Clyde's is located next door to Maplewood School. The School has a population of 600 plus students.

Maplewood school line is the reason you should not visit Clyde's Automotive Repair. But only during the hours I stated above. Clyde's has tried many things over the years to keep their customers and employees from being over taken by the car line.

Currently they have two orange cones with signs. Begging eager car line parents to leave a small gap open between the cones. This gap is for the sole purpose of allowing customers and employees to move in and out of Clyde's Auto Repair.

The Maplewood Car Line is a beast of a line. The line starts at 7:15 am and does not clear till almost 8 am. In the after noon the Maplewood car line is a plug of productivity for Clyde's Automotive Repair.

Car line parents start lining up as early as 2 pm. The car line backs up through the intersection of Maplewood Dr and Cities Service. Providiing no hope or relief for Clyde's Automotive Repair.

Clyde's Automotive Repair not only has to over come the day to day struggles of business but the constant battle of the car line from August to May morning and afternoon.

In reality I want you to visit Clyde's Automotive Repair if you have a car issue. His prices are fair and work is generational. But just don't visit during car line hours. And if you are a car line parent please respect the cones.
